Shadow Priest Class Overview

PVE Shadow Priest Guide, WoW WotLK 3.3.5a

Welcome to my Shadow Priest DPS guide for World of Warcraft WotLK 3.3.5a. This will be a short guide describing what Talents, Glyphs, Gems and Enchants you will need in order to succeed in a raid. In the end of the guide there are also some tips and basic rotation for the class.

Shadow Priest relies a lot on DoTs to deal damage. This opens an opportunity to multi-DoT several targets and dealing damage to multiple enemies. The key thing is mana-control, as you can get out of mana very fast.

Talent Tree

Here I’ll describe two specs. The first one will be a casual spec, usable with every kind of gear. The second one will be for people with 4/5 T10 Set Bonus.

PVE Shadow Priest No T10 set Talent Tree, spec WoW WotLK 3.3.5a

The advantage of the second build is that we don’t take Improved Mind Blast , which saves us 5 talent points. We take Improved Vampiric Embrace, which will give our raid extra survivability and now we have 16% less treat generation.
